About this task

This Packaged-food brand in baby care (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior B2B Content Writer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Short documents sales sends to prospects.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.

The team sits in Montreal. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

• Write six one-pagers on use cases with proof points and a call to action.
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

• Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
• Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
• Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
