About this task
This packaging manufacturer supplying medical devices (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist FP&A Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Calculates commissions from a plan document and closed deals.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Ohio, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Compute October commissions for 15 reps against the written plan, with an exceptions list for review.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (1 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
