About this task
This HR software company for construction firms (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager FP&A Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Calculates commissions from a plan document and closed deals.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Nebraska, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Compute October commissions for 15 reps against the written plan, with an exceptions list for review.

What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (1 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
