About this task
This regional bank serving small businesses (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist FP&A Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Calculates commissions from a plan document and closed deals.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The team sits in Irvine. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Compute October commissions for 15 reps against the written plan, with an exceptions list for review.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
