About this task
This Series C subscription commerce company for beauty (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior FP&A Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Calculates commissions from a plan document and closed deals.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in Amarillo. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts.
What you deliver
- Compute October commissions for 12 reps against the written plan, with an exceptions list for review.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
