About this task
This digital bank serving small businesses (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Compares pay with the market for chosen roles and locations.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The team sits in Munich. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Benchmark 30 roles against market data in three countries and recommend adjustments.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
