About this task
This Personal-care brand in baby care (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Bands, midpoints and level rules.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Create pay bands for 50 roles with range spreads and placement rules.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
