About this task

This international nonprofit in education access (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Bands, midpoints and level rules.

The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Poland. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Create pay bands for 80 roles with range spreads and placement rules.
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
