About this task
This Series C generative-AI company (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Describes how a failure occurred so engineers can reproduce it.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write reproducible reports for 15 failures with prompt, output and severity.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (4 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
