About this task
This insurtech company for professional liability (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Describes how a failure occurred so engineers can reproduce it.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write reproducible reports for 15 failures with prompt, output and severity.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (4 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
