About this task
This property and casualty insurer covering fleets and logistics (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Describes how a failure occurred so engineers can reproduce it.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write reproducible reports for 20 failures with prompt, output and severity.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
