About this task
This Series C medical devices company for hospital groups (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Describes how a failure occurred so engineers can reproduce it.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write reproducible reports for 20 failures with prompt, output and severity.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (4 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
