About this task
This streaming and audio company (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior FP&A Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. ARR, churn, NRR and cohort figures from billing and CRM data.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Wyoming, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).
What you deliver
- Build an ARR bridge and net-revenue-retention view from Stripe and Salesforce data, with definitions.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
