About this task
This hotel group with city hotels (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager FP&A Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. ARR, churn, NRR and cohort figures from billing and CRM data.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Montana, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).
What you deliver
- Build an ARR bridge and net-revenue-retention view from Stripe and Salesforce data, with definitions.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
