About this task
This streaming and audio company in lifestyle (51–200 employees) is looking for a specialist FP&A Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. ARR, churn, NRR and cohort figures from billing and CRM data.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.
The team sits in Ames. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Build an ARR bridge and net-revenue-retention view from Stripe and Salesforce data, with definitions.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
