About this task
This warehousing operator for pharma (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior FP&A Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–3 h a week. Refreshes the forecast with actuals and the latest assumptions.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The team sits in Springfield. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Update the 12-month rolling forecast, reconcile to the ledger and document each change to assumptions.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
