About this task
This Series C mobile games company making multiplayer shooters (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Fractional General Counsel for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A ranked list of legal risks with owners.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The team sits in Harrogate. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver

- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
