About this task
This digital health company (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Keeps risks and issues current with owners and dates.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in Vancouver. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Maintain the risk log, chase owners and escalate overdue items.
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
