About this task
This Real-estate services firm in student housing (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Keeps risks and issues current with owners and dates.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The team sits in Lincoln. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Maintain the risk log, chase owners and escalate overdue items.
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
