About this task
This retail chain (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Keeps risks and issues current with owners and dates.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Maintain the risk log, chase owners and escalate overdue items.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
