About this task
This payroll and HR services provider for healthcare staffing (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Keeps risks and issues current with owners and dates.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The team sits in Cork. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).
What you deliver
- Maintain the risk log, chase owners and escalate overdue items.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
