About this task
This Series B web3 infrastructure company in custody (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Keeps risks and issues current with owners and dates.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Austria works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Maintain the risk log, chase owners and escalate overdue items.
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
