About this task
This Series C medical devices company for primary care (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional Controller for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Checks contracts against recognition policy and drafts the memo.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in Budapest. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Review twenty annual contracts for ASC 500 treatment and write the policy memo and journal proposals.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 7: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
