About this task

This HR software company for law firms (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Growth & Product Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Monthly cohort retention with commentary.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The team sits in Edmonton. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Produce the monthly cohort retention table by acquisition channel with a one-page summary.
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
