About this task

This Clinical-stage biotech (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Growth & Product Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Monthly cohort retention with commentary.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in life sciences, where documents are versioned and reviewed in a fixed order.

The team sits in Denver. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).

What you deliver

  • Produce the monthly cohort retention table by acquisition channel with a one-page summary.
  • A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Friday: main working block (1 hours)
  • Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
