About this task
This specialty insurer for travel (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Growth & Product Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Monthly cohort retention with commentary.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The team sits in Boston. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Produce the monthly cohort retention table by acquisition channel with a one-page summary.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (1 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
