About this task

This Digital-asset exchange in custody (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Growth & Product Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Monthly cohort retention with commentary.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Alaska, so this one is for residents there. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (AKT).

What you deliver

  • Produce the monthly cohort retention table by acquisition channel with a one-page summary.
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

  • Anything that needs a signature in your own name unless the brief says so
  • Work outside the scope written in the brief; extra items are quoted separately

How you get paid

  • Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
  • You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
