About this task

This specialty retailer selling furniture (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Business requirements with scope, rules and acceptance criteria.

The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Croatia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Write a requirements document for a new customer onboarding flow with user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
