About this task
This gaming platform (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Procurement & Vendor Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Writes the RFP, collects bids and scores them.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The team sits in Brampton. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Run an RFP for office IT support: requirements, bidder Q&A, scoring and recommendation.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 12: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
