About this task
This Machine-learning platform for customer support (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager BI Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 20–30 h a month. Rebuilds reports in a new tool and checks numbers match.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Illinois, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Migrate 25 Tableau workbooks to Power BI and reconcile each to the old numbers.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
