About this task

This Series C mobile games company (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Account Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Tracks every renewal, contacts the customer early and records the outcome.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.

The company prefers a person who can come to Pescara for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

• Own 60 renewals due in the next 200 days: outreach, risk flags and a weekly forecast to the head of sales.
• A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

• Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
