About this task
This Series B digital-asset exchange in custody (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Commercial Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A date calendar for renewals and notice periods.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Slovenia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Build a notice calendar from 75 contracts with owners and alerts.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
