About this task
This digital marketing agency for consumer brands (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Commercial Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A date calendar for renewals and notice periods.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Build a notice calendar from 100 contracts with owners and alerts.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
