About this task

This Supply-chain software company for retailers (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Regulatory Researcher for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Monthly update on what changed.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The company prefers a person who can come to Des Moines for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).

What you deliver

  • Write a monthly regulatory watch for HR and employment across three countries.
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

  • Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Friday: main working block (1 hours)
  • Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
