About this task

This Series C business banking company for nonprofits (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Accounting for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes the model answer and marking notes for a question.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Indiana, so this one is for residents there.

What you deliver

• Author 15 worked solutions on accruals and consolidations with a marking guide for graders.
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field

What a week looks like

• Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
