About this task
This Series B vertical software provider for property managers (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Accounting for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes the model answer and marking notes for a question.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Colorado, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Author 20 worked solutions on accruals and consolidations with a marking guide for graders.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
