About this task

This Series A workflow automation company (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Operations & Project Management for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes gold-standard plans for graders.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Massachusetts, so this one is for residents there.

What you deliver

  • Write 6 model project plans for common situations, with a rubric of what a good plan includes.
  • Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
  • Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

  • Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
