About this task

This Generative-AI company for document processing (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Legal for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes the model legal answer for grading.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Finland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

  • Write 6 short model memos on common commercial questions with sources and a marking note.
  • Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
  • Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
  • Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each

What a week looks like

  • Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
