About this task

This Series A digital health company for physiotherapy clinics (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Data & Analytics for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes the model analysis a grader compares against.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Write 8 reference analyses with code or formulas and a short narrative.
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
