About this task
This Series C online learning platform for professional exams (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Re-runs previous failures against a new model version.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in California, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Retest 75 earlier failures on the new version and mark which are fixed.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
