About this task

This proptech company (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds delays and drop-off in the hiring funnel.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from France. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

  • Audit the last 12 months of hiring data and report time-in-stage and drop-off by role.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
