About this task
This beverage company in plant-based food (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist PMO & Program Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies maintained.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Ontario, so this one is for residents there. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Maintain the RAID log for a programme, chase updates and escalate blockers.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
