About this task
This mobility company in fleet services (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a specialist PMO & Program Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies maintained.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in New York, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Maintain the RAID log for a programme, chase updates and escalate blockers.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
