About this task
This Series B analytics software company for retailers (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager PMO & Program Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies maintained.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The company prefers a person who can come to Apeldoorn for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Maintain the RAID log for a programme, chase updates and escalate blockers.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
