About this task
This government IT contractor (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Rates how hard each question is for experts.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Rate the difficulty of 50 questions and flag ambiguous or underspecified ones.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
