About this task
This beverage company in bakery products (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Rates how hard each question is for experts.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver

- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field

- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
