About this task
This Series C digital health company for physiotherapy clinics (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Rates how hard each question is for experts.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Ohio, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Rate the difficulty of 60 questions and flag ambiguous or underspecified ones.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
