About this task
This corporate law firm advising life-science companies (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Rates how hard each question is for experts.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Lithuania works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Rate the difficulty of 60 questions and flag ambiguous or underspecified ones.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (2 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid
