About this task
This automotive supplier in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Rates how hard each question is for experts.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Latvia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Rate the difficulty of 75 questions and flag ambiguous or underspecified ones.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
