About this task
This Real-estate services firm in logistics warehouses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Account Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A customer review deck with results and next steps.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Build review decks for five top accounts with usage, outcomes and a proposed next-step plan.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
